As Senior Director of Digital UX at Red Hat, I lead a 50+ member UX design, research, and engineering team focused on digital experiences and design systems supporting the full customer lifecycle – including Red Hat's core websites, web services, product trials program, web personalization, and global campaigns.
In close collaboration with product, marketing, engineering, and IT operations teams, we create digital experiences that facilitate an evolving relationship with Red Hat – from first-time website visitor to product adoption and expansion.
